NOTE:

No refunds are issued. However, with registration fees,  we do allow transfer of registration until 4 weeks prior to the event, without any transfer fee. After this there will be a $25 transfer fee until two weeks prior to the event. There are no refunds or transfers in the final two weeks prior to the event.  

Income Tax receipt option: If you are not able to attend and would like a donation receipt (Canada only), please email us with registration details, including name, email address, date and amount, for  verification purposes, requesting an income tax receipt.
